Welcome to the Public Power Review, a new outlet presenting a review of the politics of electric power and of public goods.

If you’re reading this, you probably follow my (Fred Stafford’s) Twitter commentary on the electric power sector, decarbonization, public power, and the (Green) New Deal. And as you may have noticed there, I often have thoughts that go beyond tweet length, or even the occasional research to share. In between longer-form articles published at Jacobin or wherever else, I’ll be making use of this Substack for those posts that deserve a little more consideration than a casual scroll on the timeline. Hopefully I’ll even get others to contribute, too.
